Take Care of Yourself

I had to go to the retina specialist for a check up today. It seemed so inconvenient to go. You know the routine, wait, get drops, wait, get checked, then get blinded by the sun and not be able to focus for hours. I basically could not do any substantial work today and was feeling annoyed until I took a step back and thought, it is important to take care of myself. My sight is important so all the time spent was well worth it.
More tomorrow, can’t see well enough yet.
